I'm from out of town. Where are you located?
We are location in Hospers, Iowa right off of Highway 60. Fun fact, our facility was originally the building for the Hospers Community School District. As you walk around our display room, you can still experience the history of Hospers.
Do you ship items?
We do ship items nation-wide. With some of the bigger items, we do offer a delivery service for our customers who live in our area.
Can you match my fabric?
Our training professionals will do everything we can to match the fabric you are looking for!
What is your return policy?
Many of our customers choose to not return their purchase. This is because we help them find the exact piece they are looking for. But we do accept returns. Please give us a call for more information.
Do you deliver?
We do offer a delivery and installation service for all of our products. This service is for those who live in the general area in and around Hospers. If you would like to know if your purchase can be delivered, give us a call!
Do you sell used items?

Delivery Options & Guidelines
Pick Out a Space For Your New Furniture
Find an area in your home that is big enough for your new piece of furniture. This doesn’t have to be a permanent space, but a space big enough to place it temporarily.
Measure Twice & Measure Again!
Sometimes you’ll find that the piece of furniture you want is a little too big. Make sure to measure multiple times before you decide what you want or need. If you need help, just let us know!
Clear a Path for Your Delivery
To make the delivery process fast, easy, and safe, please make sure to clear a path for your delivery. That way, we don’t have to worry about moving things when we arrive with your new furniture.
Ensure Entry Access For Your Delivery
We prefer that someone who lives in the house is available when your furniture is delivered. If not, please make sure to make arrangements with our team in advance.
